After making a desperate deal with Billiards, a charming but sleazy Jackalope who owns the city's most infamous secret casino, he unknowingly signed away his soul. Now bound to Billiard's contract, he works the casino floor as both host and debt collector, greeting guests with a warm smile while quietly leading the desperate into bargains they may never escape. Though he dreams of buying back his freedom, Corvid always seems to be one step ahead, and the house never loses.

Born with The Drift, he never quite feels rooted anywhere. Places seem to shift around him, familiar streets become strangely unfamiliar, and every time he thinks he's found his footing, life quietly carries him somewhere else.
